Who We Are
We’re Dr. Marissa Caudill and Dr. Mona Sodhi — board-certified physicians and founders who built Super Doc Tech for doctors who are ready to operate like true CEOs.

We’re clinicians who built real businesses, navigated the same growth challenges, and wanted infrastructure that actually matched the level of vision physicians have when they step into entrepreneurship.
Meet Dr. Marissa
Dr. Marissa Caudill is an MD, PhD, board-certified child and adolescent psychiatrist, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Super Doc Tech.
She is also the founder of The Parent Doctor, where she has built a trusted brand and scalable platform supporting families through evidence-based education, care, and digital programs.
Through Super Doc Tech, Dr. Marissa brings deep clinical insight and systems thinking to help physicians build streamlined operations, automated communication, and scalable models that extend their impact beyond the exam room.
Her work is rooted in helping doctors create businesses that are both mission-driven and sustainable — with infrastructure that supports growth, clarity, and long-term value.
Meet Dr. Mona
Dr. Mona Sodhi is a board-certified Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine physician, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Super Doc Tech.
She is also the founder of Monarch Weight Loss & Wellness, where she built a high-touch, direct-pay practice grounded in evidence-based care.
Through Super Doc Tech, Dr. Mona helps physicians move from overwhelmed operators to confident CEOs by building the infrastructure, automation, and strategy needed to scale without burnout.
Her work focuses on combining clinical excellence with business leverage — so physicians can build practices and platforms that create freedom, control, and long-term value.
